CleanRock kerbs
CleanRock is the patented core material used in PolySto kerbs. The composition has been developed based on more than 30 years of experience in the food processing industry.
Prefabricated CleanRock kerbs are composed of a mixture of polyester resins, quartz granulates and additives. The unique composition allows to prevent contaminations such as Salmonella and Listeria.
CleanRock & SaniCoat surface
For clean rooms the surface of CleanRock kerbs can be finished with an extra smooth bacteriostatic and shock-resistant gel coat surface.
Extra protection due to the use of a double water barrier
A double water barrier is created using PolySto hardfix glue (Hybrid polymer).
This assures that even if joints become damaged there is no water infiltration possible behind the kerbs.

PolySto HygiSeal 3.1
HygiSeal 3.0 is a high quality, neutral, elastic, 1-component, low viscosity, construction joint and adhesive sealant based on MS-Polymer.
Fibreglass Reinforced Polyester (FRP) is a composite material consisting of polymer that is supported with glass fibers for added strength. FRP is used to build and protect structures that require additional resistance to prevent deformation and corrosion.
FRP is non-corrosive, strong, lightweight, maintenance free, and can be installed efficiently and economically.
The PolySto Hygiceiling FRP tile is produced from a special type of FRP sheet. This type of FRP sheet contains a higher percentage of glass fiber, which prevents the tiles from bending. This type of FRP sheet is also a glass fiber reinforced composite polyester sheet, opaque, available with a smooth or embossed surface.
The PolySto Hygiceiling FRP ceiling tiles are suitable for all standard structured ceilings with dimensions 0,6 x 0,6 m and 0,6 x 1,2 m.

The PolySto RenoCem Panel is a very strong fiber cement based FRP panel, compliant with HACCP regulation. The connection between joints is made with PolySto HygiSeal.
