Maintaining high standards in food processing is crucial for food safety and public health. Inadequate building materials can cause problems. Porous surfaces can harbor bacteria, making them hard to clean. Cracked walls and floors can breed harmful microorganisms such as Listeria and Salmonella. Open joints and corroded surfaces can trap food particles and moisture, leading to mold growth and contamination risks.

Polyisocyanurate panels can only be produced on a fully-automated continuous production line. This ensures the even distribution of the PIR foam, which cannot be done manually.

We are the first and only PIR continuous production line in the ASEAN region for cold stores purposes. All our PIR panels are manufactured in our own premises to ensure that tight control and stringent quality standards are met.
